Our bulb selections this year come directly from RoozenGaarde Farms in the scenic Skagit Valley of Washington state.  Roozengaarde was established in 1985 by the Roozen family and Washington Bulb Company, Inc.  The family business of growing Tulips, Daffodils, and Irises is the largest in the world, covering Skagit Valley with more than 1000 acres of field blooms and 16 acres of greenhouses. Roozengaarde is an official Sponsor of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival and plants a three acre show garden for the event while also welcoming thousands of visitors to view the blooms. You will enjoy these bulb blooms for years to come and we couldn't be more pleased to work with such a reputable company within our own state.  

The Nitty Gritty Details...

WHAT:  Bulb Sale by the Spokane Master Gardener Foundation

WHEN:  Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21

TIME:  9am to 4 pm

WHERE:  Spokane County Extension Office, 222 N Havana St.

No early ordering of bulbs this year.  Instead, just show up at the sale to see which beautiful bulbs you'll want to take home!  All sales need to be to completed with either a 'debit or credit card'.  No cash transactions, please.  Members of the Master Gardener Foundation will receive a 10% discount on all sales!

Globemaster offers a late spring display with a pop of lusciously deep lavender color.  Their sturdy stems allow these flowers to tower above the ground effortlessly supporting the 8-inch sphere of blooms.
